| Detailed Description: | I have one of your jump start power packs purchased on 10 may 2010. The battery does no longer charge up. It only hold a small charge and then stops working. I had a 12 month quarantee but the machine is less than two years old. I think a quality machine should last longer. It is sad to buy a poor quality item when I though I was buying a good quality Chinese item. Can you replace the battery please? It is 12volt 17aH 180mmm by 167mm by 72mm Thank you |
